I first discovered Sherrie and Free to Be in October 2022 on Facebook Sherrie posted some content that really called out to me. she followed this up with some steps we could follow, which i did and was totally blown away by my results. So when Sherrie offered me a place on the Free to Be programme I didn’t hesitate.

I have had CBT and counselling with limited success a few times. Sherrie and the Free to Be programme have opened my mind to specific moments in my past that have been lightbulb moments for me, the process has made me understand so much about why I am the way I am. I understand so much more!

Sherrie and free to be have given me the tools from those moments to feel more in control and that is really powerful. I can use these tools every single day to feel more calm confident and in control. and it’s working! I would highly highly recommend Sherrie and the Free to Be programme

Being honest with yourself is key to this. I thought I was plodding along, just caught up in the whirlwind of life until I met Sherrie. She has helped me to put myself first again, understand who I am and face my feelings rather than shutting them away. Sherrie has given me the tools to move forward managing my feelings in a positive way and remaining in control of them. I had been dabbling with self help books and online content for so long and not putting anything into practice. I had some difficulties I didn’t know how to deal with and wanted to join a group but was dubious about all these groups available out there, until I met Sherrie with Free to Be.

I always over think and over analyse everything. Also low confidence and doubting myself to the point I had become completely inactive with any decisions making.

What I’ve learnt is question why.. question your feelings.. always bring it back to your feelings. I think that’s been the most important part for me that I’ve learnt on Free to Be. Something so simple incredibly impacts on my interaction with people in my life and more importantly, how I interact with myself. My internal narrative was completely self sabotaging.

There are simple tools on this course that help unravel the noise in your head. I can use these in every day situations that overwhelm me. I’m still getting the hang of things – but I feel I have so much more emotional control which helps me move forward with my life.
