There are 6 in person sessions in the Free To Be Life Journey, followed by 4 weeks support whilst putting your new skills and plans into practice
Each 'in person' session will be around 2 hours
Throughout your journey we will explore what is happening in your life right now and what is working for you and what is not
Learn simple but powerful strategies and techniques enabling you to stop ignoring how you feel but to acknowledge it, understand it and work out what you can do with it!
We will look at how your feelings are impacting on your Physical Health, Emotional Health and Social well-being
